Hypnosis & Inner Child Healing
Everyday we are reaching the state of trance, which is the transformational condition in a Hypnosis. It is a very natural state, which we experience when waking up, just before falling asleep, when daydreaming, on longer consistent actions, such as cycling, walking, and even dancing or cooking. Therefore it is very well known to us. In this trance state, we are getting in contact with the subconsciousness, which is below the rational, thinking mind. The subconsciousness is regulating about 90% of our thoughts and actions! That's the reason why positive, long- lasting changes are way easier to implement and transform whole mindsets and beliefs, compared to solely cognitive methods. Hypnosis with the trance state, is therefore ideal to free deep blockages, transform old not serving and simply wrong beliefs about ourselves and the world around us, into the ones which make us feel more loved, wanted, confident, free, grounded and so much more. Hypnosis gives the possibility to change whatever we need for a more fulfilling, and long-term happy life.
Knowing all this, what is the role of the inner child then?
The brain develops from birth to approximately age 5, more than at any other time in life. These few years build the most fundamental and crucial connections in the way the child, and later the adult, sees the world and her/himself in it. This child learns if the world is a safe place, if her/his needs can be met, if the child's decisions are also being respected, if she/ he feels valuable, and so on. The best-case scenario is that the parents or caregivers are very empathic, give the child as much love and care, but also boundaries and guidance as individually necessary. Unfortunately, most people didn't have a childhood, where they were able to develop these healthy brain patterns. Nevertheless, this doesn't mean that we have to simply accept our path. We have the tools to heal and transform old learned belief systems, and to be the adult and have the life, that each of us deserves.

Before starting to work together, let's have a free first phone talk to get to know each other and talk through your aims and wishes. If we decide to work together, we will schedule an appointment for the hypnosis.
The hypnosis session is going to be 60 -90 min long, depending on how much time is adequate for the person and individual situation. Before we start with the actual hypnosis and its trance state, we will have an 10- 20 minutes long pre-talk for further individual details. The trance state, where the transformation and healing are taking place, is about 40 minutes long. You will have enough time to wake up gently and let the hypnosis sink. In the last part, you are invited to share what came up for you. We will then plan how to continue from there and how you can use your insights and further healing process also in your day to day life.
Hypnosis is known to be a short- time method for long- lasting changes. Nevertheless, it always depends on the person and the individual situation. It is recommended to have at least 3 sessions to see its benefits flourish. More hypnosis sessions will allow to let the subconsciousness adjust deeper. That said, even with one hypnosis, drastic changes can be visible and can already make big difference.
Hypnosis is not recommended for people with mental health issues, people with epilepsy and someone who uses drugs. You are required to communicate beforehand, if you suffer from on of the above, or have other medical circumstances.
