Astrid is here to support you on your way from releasing anxiety, stress and trauma - to feel free, safe and present again. Depending on your unique needs, she's offering different methods tailored to your individual path and process. Her methods range from Somatic Focused Methods, EMDR, parts of Gestalt Therapy and hypnosis to mindfulness practices, positive psychology aspects and holosomatic breathwork.

1:1 Session

Each session begins with a gentle check-in and a slow grounding phase - time to truly arrive in the space,

connect with yourself and the present moment.

​We take our time. There's no rushing here. This part may include a body-based method, gentle breathwork, a

simple meditation or a safe place visualization - depending on what you need that day.

From there, we explore what's present - emotionally or situationally.

We might talk through what's been happening since the last session, or tune in to what feels most challenging

or alive right now. Together we shape a focus for the session.

Then we shift into the core of the work.​ Depending on the specific chosen method, this may include body-based methods that help you feel, express, process, or simply notice what wants to come through. This part is intuitive, held with great care, and invites what has been hidden or suppressed to safely surface.

Toward the end, we slowly return - gently integrating what came up, creating emotional safety, and

supporting your nervous system to settle.​ If strong emotions arose, we take time to land softly and feel steady again.​ We'll usually end with a short reflection: what felt meaningful, what surprised you, and what might be useful to carry into daily life. I might offer you a practice or suggestion for between sessions - and we'll schedule your next session together so the support stays consistent.

  • EUR 90 for 60 Minutes

Custom Guided Audio

A highly individualized audio created just for you - to support nervous system regulation, emotional

connection, and internal calm. 

 

This is a custom-recorded meditation, created specifically for you and your current needs.

 

After completing a detailed questionnaire, I will create a deeply personalized audio to support your emotional

process, nervous system, and body-based healing. It is not AI-generated or generic - but recorded by me, as

a human, specifically for you.

 

The meditation will be based on:

  • Your current challenges or focus areas

  • Your goals and emotional needs

  • Your preferences (such as music or silence, tempo, and general tone or atmosphere)

 

You'll receive a meditation that you can return to again and again - to support self-regulation, calm, and

reconnection with yourself.

 

This offering is rooted in Astrid's background and training in hypnosis, meditation, and positive psychology.

 

What you receive:

  • A customized 15-25 minute guided meditation (MP3 format) (Upgrades for longer durations - up to 60 minutes - possible if requested)

  • Delivery within 12 days after completing your questionnaire

  • Fully yours to keep and use as often as you like

Clients who book 12 or more 1:1 sessions receive a custom meditation included in their package - as a

support tool between sessions.

Intro to Somatic Work - A Live Group Session

A calm 90-minute session for those living with anxiety, body tension, stress, fatigue, overthinking,..

or/and emotional disconnection.

This live session is a gentle introduction to the body-based work I offer. It's created for adults who grew up in homes where emotions had to be hidden, experienced unhealthy relationship dynamics in their pasts, lack of more connection with their own bodies and emotions, and who now live with different symptoms based on a dysregulated nervous system. 

 

We begin with a short welcome and space for optional sharing. You'll then be introduced to the foundations of

somatic work and some theory on - why emotional suppression in childhood, past challenges and trauma can lead to the symptoms you may feel now, and how reconnecting with the body can support real, grounded change.

 

From there, I guide you through a full somatic experience - a slow, safe, body-based practice that supports

calm, presence, and inner reconnection. It's not a lecture or a performance - but a quiet space to gently feel,

listen, and begin coming home to yourself.

We end with space to reflect, ask questions, and land softly - so you leave not just with understanding, but

with a deeper sense of connection in your body and mind.

 

This session is:

  • A safe and low-pressure way to experience this work

  • Limited to 8 participants for emotional presence and care

  • Live only - not recorded

  • Camera + mic required to create a respectful shared space

  • 24EUR per session - come once, or return if it helps you reconnect again

 

You don't have to be "ready." Just gently curious.
